This project involves a 30 years old 2 floors cottage that needs exterior improvements to the faced and roof, repavement of the main entrance walk up and garage ramp. Also it is necessary to build a stone patio at the back.
I would like to remove all the brick on the facade and replace it by natural stones.
I have architectual plans and computer renderings professionaly done by an architect.
The the next steps to this project are:
- Gather quotes during the month of Jan 2012
- Have negotiated a GC contract by Feb 2012
- Start work first day of spring.
